Women are not yet allowed in the priesthood, but if they were they would be faced with many challenges. After being made pastor of a small-town church, Margaret has been accused of sexual misconduct by one of her parisoners in an attempt to get her fired. Katherine, another priest who went to the seminary with Margaret, has come to give her moral support. What can they do to prove Margaret's innocense, and what do they do about a secret they share?
